This product contains iron which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to young children.
Taking this amount of iron can cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Bulking Agents (Calcium Phosphates, Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Fatty Acids, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Iron (Bisglycinate), Glazing Agents [Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC), Polydextrose, Triglycerides of medium chain, talc, dyes (titanium dioxide, allura red AC, carmines, iron oxides)], binder [polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)], glazing agent (glycerin).

For 1 tablet:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid).................120 mg
Iron (bisglycinate)....................................30 mg

Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 tablet daily with food.
