Each capsule contains four tablets:

• 2 white / beige gastro-resistant tablets
DAO systems with release in the intestine

• 1 orange immediate-release tablet
binds with vitamins B6, B9 and B12

• 1 red immediate-release tablet
with caffeine.
(*) If you cannot take caffeine, you can open the capsule and remove
the red tablet.


How to take:

The capsule should be swallowed whole with a little water 20
minutes before main meals (3 times a day).
