It is a dietary supplement. Saw palmetto (Sabal serrulata or Serenoa repens) is a dwarf palm tree whose fruit is used to prepare the tincture. It supports normal urinary function.

Clinical symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia are characterized by the following four phases :
