RYM Burns Cream 25 g.

Burns RYM® is a topical preparation comprising hyaluronic acid as the main component. Hyaluronic acid is a biological polysaccharide (glycosaminoglycan) distributed in the extracellular matrix of most tissues. According to several studies, hyaluronic acid is involved in the repair processes of many different tissues facilitating healing and re-epithelialization. Thanks to its hydrophilic properties, provides a hydrous medium between cells, facilitating their migration. Hydrated provides an ideal means for healing wounds. Silver sulfadiazine is an agent known for its antimicrobial action in vitro by inhibiting the growth of most bacteria and pathogenic fungi. The presence of silver sulfadiazine plays a critical role in preventing microbial contamination, thereby improving the healing capacity of hyaluronic acid. This feature allows you to change the bandage once a day and therefore reduces patient discomfort and exposure
injury to air thereby reducing the possibility of contamination of the wound.
* INDICATIONS:

RYM® Burns is indicated for the treatment of skin lesions, especially those at risk of infection. In particular it has developed to cover both acute and chronic wounds (burns first and second grade, vascular and metabolic ulcers and pressure sores), providing a free hydrated means of microbes. RYM® Burns can be used on uninfected wounds to prevent infection and, after treatment of an infected wound, to help prevent recurrence of infection.

* HOW TO USE:

Clean and disinfect wounds or ulcers before treatment. Apply a thin layer of cream on the wound surface once or twice a day depending on the severity of the burn until complete healing. Treatments over a month must be established by a physician according to the evolution of the wound. The treated area should be covered with a sterile dressing.

* COMPOSITION:

main component: Hyaluronic (sodium salt) 0.2% acid.
Other components: silver sulfadiazine 1%, polyethylene glycol 400 monostearate, oleic acid decyl ester, wax emulsifier, glycerol, sorbitol solution 70%, purified water.
