How to use Cinfa Respimar Cleaning and Hydration
  Blow your nose to remove mucus before using Respimar Cleansing and Hydration.
  Remove the protective cap (the first time, fit the diffuser in its housing).
  Above the sink, tilt your head to one side.
  Gently insert the diffuser into a nostril.
  Apply light pressure on the diffuser to allow the seawater to escape.
  Allow excess seawater to drain, to remove mucus and blow your nose.
  Repeat the process in the other nostril.
  Clean the diffuser with water and dry.
Can be used for up to 12 weeks once opened.
