Presentation and composition:
90 1g tablets with 80mg of vitamin C (100% RDA), 130mg of rosehip with 70% vitamin C, 65mg of acerola (with 15% vitamin C), 500mg of fructooligosaccharides, 245mg microcrystalline cellulose and 10mg of magnesium stearate.

Properties: The rose hip fruit is rich in organic acids, flavonoids, carotenes (provitamin A) and, especially, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) around 3%, as is acerola, which is extremely rich in vitamin C. The recommended daily dose for people over 15 years of age is 60 mg, a dose that rises to 100 mg in cases of smokers, people who live in the city, the use of contraceptives, postoperative etc.

Instructions for use: 1 tablet per day.
