DIRECTIONS.
    Find wrist P6 or Nei-Kuan point, placing the three middle fingers of one hand on the inside of the opposite wrist, with the edge of the third finger (ring finger) on the wrist joint.
    The Nei-Kuan point is arm about four inches from the wrist crease, is located three fingers below the first wrist crease, between the two central tendons of the forearm (palmaris longus and flexor carpi radialis).
    Place part of the button down over the Nei-Kuan point.
    Repeat this process for the other wrist.
