Dosage

1 tablet daily is recommended.

Composition

Per tablet: Iron 50 mg - 357% NRV, Vitamin C 40 mg - 50% NRV. Ferrous bisglycinate, stabilizers: microcrystalline cellulose and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, L-ascorbic acid (Vit. C), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids.
