Bladderwrack is a brown seaweed rich in mucilage, minerals such as sodium, potassium and magnesium; trace elements, particularly iodine (0.1%), and cobalt, zinc, nickel, chromium, silicon, etc. It is also a good source of nitrogenous matter and vitamins A, B1, C and D.

Attributed slimming properties for its high iodine content, stimulating metabolism through the thyroid; and its mucilage content, which, in contact with fluids from the stomach and intestine, forms a viscous gel and very bulky increasing the volume of stools, promoting peristalsis, exerting a satiating effect and hindering the absorption of sugars and fats .

It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water.
